CA <br />EDUCATION Ryan was responsible for coordinating all preliminary project tasks such as ordering <br />BACHELORS DEGREE title reports and appraisals for use in negotiating real property acquisitions and <br />Finance, California State preparing notice of intent to appraise documents, offer packages, agreements and <br />University, Fullerton other documents involving right-of-way.. <br />METRO GOLD LINE <br />LICENSES Footh Fxtens:on Construction:: Monrovia, CA <br />Ryan provided relocation services to businesses affected by the Gold Line <br />REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON extension project in the City of Arcadia, and businesses and residences in the <br />State of California (Pending) City of Monrovia. He <br />SEMINAR (WTS) provided oversight of monthly maintenance, debris removal, weed and graffiti <br />abatement and assisted in overseeing environmental remediation, security <br />services, tenant improvements and repairs, fencing, board -up and locksmith <br />services, paving and striping and hazardous waste removal. <br />
