"PT CS CASA" denotes classifications defined as "Confidential" (UC) "Part -Time Civil Service" <br />(PTCS) under the terms of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (A-2019-186) <br />between the City and the Confidential Association of Santa Ana (CASA) for January <br />1, 2019 to June 30, 2022 <br />Notes: <br />Unrepresented "Executive Management" (EM) personnel, and as such, are eligible to receive certain employee benefits <br />which are different from and/or greater than those available to non -management personnel. <br />(T) designates a "terminal" class. A position classification that has been designated as "terminal" by formal City Council <br />action will be deleted from the City's Basic Classification and Compensation Plan when vacated by its last remaining <br />incumbent.
