<br />Page | 56 <br />9138-126780\1512539.3 <br />EXHIBIT C <br />Best Management Practices <br />(“BMPs” Fact Sheets) <br /> <br />Best Management Practices can be found at: http://www.ocwatersheds.com/documents/bmp which <br />website may change from time to time. <br /> <br />BMPs apply to the TENANT's defined Premises and BMPs also apply to the TENANT’s Contractor <br />therefore TENANT shall cause Contractor to be responsible for implementing and complying with <br />all BMP Fact Sheet requirements that apply to construction activity wit h respect to the <br />Improvements, and also including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, site preparation, <br />landscaping, installation of utilities, street construction or improvement and grading or filling in or <br />on the Premises. TENANT is to be aware that the BMP clause within this Lease, along with all <br />related BMP Exhibits, may be revised, and may incorporate more than what is initially being <br />presented in this Lease.
