The residents of Santa Ana deserve better representation than this. If the Council proceeds with <br />this vote tonight on the consent calendar, the Council will be improperly approving an already <br />improperly reviewed ordinance, drafted in a flawed process, by conflicted officials who should <br />have recused themselves from this item. There are several flaws in the process which WILL <br />subject the City to costly litigation. <br />Sincerely, <br />Alex Lee
