Provide feedback and approval on digital advertising budget on search and social <br />b. Review KPI report at the end of each subsequent digital marketing task order. <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in the task <br />description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. <br />Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of June 2022. <br /> <br />TASK 6: MICRO CAMPAIGN: EARTHQUAKE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS <br /> <br />Objective: Develop a comprehensive plan to promote ROC and increase awareness of <br />earthquake preparedness tactics and tools among college students, especially important for <br />Orange County’s out-of-state student population. <br /> <br />Task Description: Create, establish and implement a plan to promote ROC’s earthquake <br />preparedness micro-camp, specifically its earthquake resources during the micro campaign <br />period. The plan will include outreach channels, partnerships, procedures,proposed activities, <br />communications and schedule. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop the micro campaign plan, identify partners, outreach channels, activities, <br />promotional materials, schedule and budget. <br />b. Present micro campaign plan timeline for the approval of Santa Ana Project Manager <br />c. Begin to execute micro-campaign tasks in accordance with the approved plan. <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve micro campaign plan for execution and provide input. <br /> <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completion of administrative deliverables and when the <br />Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for each subtask noted below. <br /> <br />TASK 6-A: MICRO CAMPAIGN: EARTHQUAKE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS: <br />DEVELOP MESSAGING & OUTREACH STRATEGY <br />
