<br /> 81 <br />TASK 15: PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS <br /> <br />Objective: Develop, produce and update S4 promotional materials for use in all programming as <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />Task Description: Handle design, writing, production and distribution of all materials supporting S4. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop all materials and seek approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager. <br />b. Produce materials in accordance with Steering Committee approvals <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve materials <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the order or delivery of the promotional materials, given <br />requirements in some instances for upfront payment, and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the <br />task completion letter. Completion is planned to occur by May 2022. <br /> <br />
