ATTACHMENT F <br />FEDERAL AW ARD IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION <br />The General Program Requirements were designed to provide the framework where the <br />Subrecipient will provide Regional Workforce Services -Professional Consulting identified in <br />this attachment. <br />I.GOVERNANCE <br />Subrecipient agrees to comply, remain informed, and deliver services consistent with the <br />provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), County of Orange, <br />Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) Policies, and Orange County <br />Regional and Unified Local Plan 2017-2020. <br />Where local policy has not been set, Subrecipient agrees to adhere to state and/or federal <br />policy, as appropriate. <br />II.GOVERNANCE REFERENCES <br />A.Workforce Investment Act/Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act -Department <br />of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, 20 CFR Part 652 et al. Workforce <br />Investment Act; Final Rules/WIOA 20CFR Part 676,677and 678. <br />B.Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, 20 CFR Part 652 et <br />al.
