Specific projects include: <br /> Assessing state requirements and SAPC readiness to implement Drug Medi-Cal <br />Organized Delivery System reforms <br /> Reviewing and analyzing SAPC substance abuse prevention programming <br /> Reviewing and analyzing SAPC provider contracting and identif ying solutions to <br />reduce barriers to increase provider supply <br /> Assessing SAPC organization and recommendations for staffing and functional unit <br />changes to improve performance and reduce compliance risks <br /> Drafting internal policies and procedures <br /> Assessing the operational and financial performance of the Antelope Valley <br />Rehabilitation Center, a residential program operated by the County <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 1
