<br />34 <br />4826-7904-2280v7/200434-0005 <br />15 of a Fiscal Year, elects to discontinue the procedure with respect to such levying agency and the rate of <br />secured tax delinquencies in that agency in any year exceeds 3% of the total of all taxes levied on the secured <br />roll by that agency. <br />The Board of Supervisors of the County has adopted the Teeter Plan, and the City has elected to be <br />included within the County’s Teeter Plan.
