F <br />Richard Sahagun — Safety Director; Richard has over 17 years of experience in the <br />pipeline/civil construction industry with over 8 years of experience in safety coordination / <br />management in multiple projects at a time. His expertise includes projects for the oil, gas, <br />water, wastewater and underground utilities industries. He coordinates and provides the <br />training for all field personnel as required by State and Federal Laws. In conjunction with his <br />staff of safety professionals performs site safety audits, writes Site Specific Safety Plans, <br />reviews and conducts safety stand down, tailgate and JHA meetings to ensure full <br />compliance with client requirements and as directed by law. Daniel has 10 years of experience <br />as a project manager and project engineer, utilizing skills required to plan, schedule, and <br />coordinate activities for multiple projects running concurrently. Daniel has experience in <br />allocating labor and equipment resources to assure projects continue moving forward with <br />no work stoppage. <br />Keith Fouts — Project Manager; BA/Liberal Studies/California State University, Fullerton; <br />AA/General Education/Fullerton College, 2002; Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP); <br />Certified <br />Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC) Keith has 10 years of experience as a <br />project engineer, utilizing skills required to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities for <br />multiple projects running concurrently. He has experience in allocating labor and equipment <br />resources to assure projects continue moving forward with no work stoppage. <br />Andrew Melendez — Project Engineer; BS/Aerospace Engineering, University of <br />California, Irvine; Andres has experience managing multi -million dollar wet utility projects <br />across Southern California. His experience ranges from Bid to retention releases, issuance <br />of materials purchase orders, managing subcontractors, processing change orders, and <br />coordinating with clients and field crew insuring projects are delivered on time and on <br />budget. <br />Santosh Seerapu — Project Engineer; MS/Civil Engineering (Construction Management) <br />California State University, Fullerton; Santosh has experience managing various water main <br />infrastructure improvement projects. Performs Quantity Takeoffs, RFQ's, purchase orders <br />and negotiates agreements with vendors and sub -contractors. <br />Bob Fraijo — Superintendent; Over 33 years of experience in the construction industry; <br />Bob is a construction superintendent overseeing numerous types of construction activities. <br />His specialties include above ground mechanical piping projects, such as gas lines, steel <br />piping, and double containment PVC chemical lines. <br />x•. a. x.i�ic cvn srxuc rson <br />
