Approve Land and Street Easement Sale Agreements <br />July 20, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />conveyed by documents for Parcel Nos. 103739-1, 103739-2, 103739-3 (Exhibit 3) and <br />104104 (Exhibit 4) are in accordance with the "Cooperative Agreement No. C-0-2201 <br />between Orange County Transportation Authority and City of Santa Ana for State Route <br />55 Improvement Project", which was adopted by City Council on May 5, 2020. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City is exchanging one asset (land and easements) for another (improvements to the <br />water facilities). OCTA will fund the water facility improvements with an estimated cost <br />of $6.6 million, which has been included in the FY21-22 budget. <br />The recommended action is expected to increase the asset value on the City's ledger by <br />the estimated $6.6 million for improvements other than buildings, less the historical value <br />of land to be determined by staff. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
