Additionally, thisprovisionrequiresthateveryfiveyears, theCityManagershallprepareandsubmittotheCityCouncilastrategicplansettingforththeCity’smission, corevalues, fiveyeargoals, detailedmeasurableobjectives, andkeyperformancemeasures. Topreparethestrategic plan, theCityManagerisrequiredtoconductapublicmeetingforthepublictoreviewthedraftplan.
