Peter has a broad range of experience ranging from project-level analysis of housing <br />development projects to program-level analysis to support a General Plan amendment. He has been involved in preparing environmental <br />and planning documentation, as well as representing agency staff for a range of highly controversial projects subject to scrutiny by the <br />general public, environmental organizations, and public agencies.
