Housing Ad Hoc Committee Progress Report and Recommendations <br />July 6, 2021 <br />Page 5 <br />1 <br />8 <br />7 <br />8 <br />b.Just Cause Eviction Policies <br />Additionally, the Committee also discussed forms of land ownership such as cooperatives <br />& land trusts as well as options for regulatory streamlining and reduction of development <br />impact fees to promote production of housing within the City. The Committee agreed early <br />on that these topics are adequately covered and will be evaluated as part of the upcoming <br />General Plan and Housing Element updates. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with initial direction from City Council. However, the <br />future City Council action to accept some of the recommendations would have an impact <br />on program revenue. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
