While PRCSA is not entering into an agreement with <br />Billings Productions at this time, staff is working on general agreement terms with the <br />vendor and expect to return to the City Council at a future date to add this vendor to the <br />list of three zoo exhibit vendors and include them as part of the established aggregate <br />total of $750,000. In order to provide the best services to the City, staff will endeavor to <br />distribute work equally among the four companies, but reserves the right to assign work <br />to one or more over another based on the needs of the Santa Ana Zoo. Specific zoo <br />exhibit costs will be negotiated based on the term and type of exhibit as well as <br />information provided in the proposal. <br />Upon agreement of specific zoo exhibit terms, a letter agreement will be prepared and <br />executed by the Executive Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Agency. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the following account for the current year and will be budgeted and <br />made available in subsequent years.
