ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />day, 7-days a week <br />• Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs or troubleshooting as -needed <br />Contractors are required to have an electrician on their team or as a <br />subcontractor to provide lift station services. <br />Lift stations operations and maintenance documents are included as <br />Attachment 2 to this Addendum. <br />The City will provide basic training and additional documentation to the <br />selected proposers on stormwater lift station operations. <br />Contractors shall respond to lift station issues within 1-hour of initial request <br />or notification. <br />The Civic Center lift stations (2) are managed by Parks, Recreation, and <br />Community Services Agency staff. The First Street lift station (1) is managed <br />by Public Works Agency staff.
