OCTA's use and occupancy of the PATE prior to and after the <br />Construction. Period will be non-exclusive, <br />Rights and Limitations of Use and Occupancy of PUE: <br />OCTA shall provide the owner(s) and occupant(s) of the property subject to this PUE a <br />minimum of thirty (30)-days written notice as to when the Construction Period will <br />commence. <br />• During the Construction Period, OCTA may place a temporary fence around the PUE area, <br />• Reasonable pedestrian access to the property shall be maintained at all times <br />• Access to the PUE area shall be from public right of way. <br />• Driveway access will be maintained at all times. <br />• The following improvements within the PUE area will be removed as needed by OCTA to <br />allow for construction activities.
