• OCTA shall maintain all facilities within Parcel 2 Easement area with the exception of: <br />o Driveway pavement south end of OC Streetcar Platform area <br />a Sidewalk and curb and gutter at south end of OC Streetcar Platform area <br />• Except as to those improvements identified below as being protected in place, <br />improvements within the Easement areas will be removed as needed by OCTA to allow for <br />construction activities.
