If a permit has been erroneously issued, 100% of the permit and plan check fee may be refunded. If a plan check fee has been paid and the plan is withdrawn by the applicant prior to the plan check, refunds of plan check fees may be made to the permittee in an amount equal to 100% of the plan check fee in excess of $49.84 paid. In no other case may any plan check fees be refunded. Waiver of Fee No permit or plan check fees required by this resolution will be charged for public improvement projects performed by construction contractors and subcontractors pursuant to contract with the City of Santa Ana or the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana nor for any work performed by employees of the City in the course of their employment. However, this fee waiver does not exempt any party from obtaining a permit for such work nor exempt such party from conforming to the procedures established by the City nor from compliance with all applicable City and State ordinances regulating such work. 54
