CITY OF SANTA ANA FY 21/22CIP <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />This project will provide for the removal of existing damaged <br />pavement and reconstruction with Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) <br />for alleys citywide. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />The Citywide network of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and asphalt <br />alleys is in extreme state of deterioration with the presence of <br />numerous potholes, cracking, spalling, and uplifting.
