CITY OF SANTA ANA FY 21/22CIP <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />This project provides for the management and administration of <br />right-of-way acquisitions/real estate transactions, which requires <br />coordination of activities with the City Attorney's Office and other <br />agencies. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />Each fiscal year, the Public Works Agency undertakes several roadway <br />widening projects which require right-of-way acquisitions.
