Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2021- <br />14 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2021-14 (Exhibit 1). <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Robert M. and Connie J. <br />Yoakum, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (Exhibit 2). <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Robert M. and Connie J. Yoakum are requesting approval to designate an existing <br />residence located at 520 West Nineteenth Street to the Santa Ana Register of Historical <br />Properties, as well as approval to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Project Location and Site Description <br />The subject property is located on the south side of West Nineteenth Street in the Floral <br />Park neighborhood. The site consists of a 1,108-square-foot, Spanish Colonial Revival <br />residence and detached garage on a 7,500-square-foot residential lot (Exhibit 3). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />Historical Listing <br />In March 1999, the City Council approved Ordinance No. NS-2363 establishing the <br />Historic Resources Commission and the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties. <br />The Historic Resources Commission may, by resolution and at a noticed public hearing, <br />designate as a historical property any building or part thereof, object, structure, or site <br />091:Wy <br />
