(9)CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />A general description of the firm, including structure, size, number of <br />employees, relevant financing experience, and any past or contemplated <br />changes in ownership. Additionally, the following shall be included: <br />• Provide a list, in tabular form with a grand total, of all Pension <br />Obligation Bond transactions in which the firm has served as senior <br />manager since January 2010, specifically identifying staff members <br />involved and their roles. <br />• Provide a list, in tabular form with a grand total, of all Pension <br />Obligation Bond transactions in which the firm has served as co- <br />manager since January 2010, specifically identifying staff members <br />involved and their roles. <br />A description of the size of the firm's governmental staff and the firm's <br />experience with governmental agencies of a similar size, nature, and scope. <br />Emphasis should be placed on assignments undertaken within the past three <br />(3) years and on engagements undertaken by the personnel proposed to be <br />assigned to this agreement. <br />iii. Name and contact information of the primary and secondary Project <br />Managers to be assigned to the engagement. <br />iv. Indicate level of commitment of each of the assigned key personnel and how <br />you will ensure the accessibility of key personnel to the City during this <br />engagement. <br />v. Resumes for the professional staff assigned to the engagement. Include a <br />brief biography of each person specifically addressing experience relevant to <br />the City's proposed financing. A discussion of educational background and <br />relevant experience of the Partner, Supervisor(s) and Staff which will be <br />assigned to this engagement as well as their assigned responsibilities under <br />the proposal shall be included. <br />vi. A description of the Proposer's experience in providing similar services to <br />those requested in this RFP. <br />vii. Identify three taxable bond issuer references for which the proposed <br />primary Project Manager and the secondary Project Manager have carried <br />out similar responsibilities to those contemplated under this RFP. Include <br />contact information for each. <br />viii. A list of the local office's most significant engagements in the last five (5) <br />years, indicating whether they are public or private sector, and including <br />scope of work, date, and name and telephone number of the client contact. <br />ix. A statement that the firm is independent of the City and that it is unaware of <br />potential conflicts of interest. <br />x. An affirmative statement verifying the firm and all assigned key professional <br />staff are properly licensed to practice in California. <br />A. A warrant that the firm maintains a prudent amount of errors and omissions <br />insurance that covers negligent acts and is applicable to the work requested <br />in this RFP. <br />RFP No. 21-025 Underwriting Services for Pension Refinancing Bonds Page 8 of 24 <br />
