Agreement Statement <br />Agreement Statement <br />Proposal shall include a statement outlining your concurrence or concerns with any and all provisions as contained in this RFP. <br />We have reviewed and concur with all provisions contained within the Scope of Services, Sections 1-7, 8 (Attachments A, <br />B, C, D), and 9-11. Regarding Section 8, Attachment E (Non -Discrimination Certification), Stifel maintains our own <br />comprehensive Non -Discrimination Policies, which are included as part of Appendix A. <br />3. Firm and Team Experience <br />i. Firm Overview <br />A general description of the firm, including structure, size, number of employees, relevant financing experience, and any past or contemplated changes in ownership. <br />Additionally, the following shall be included: Provide a list, in tabular form with a grand total, of all Pension Obligation Bond transactions in which the firm has served <br />as senior manager since January 2010, specifically identifying staff members involved and their roles. Stifel is the only underwriting firm that has two <br />municipal bond underwriting desks in the State (Los <br />Angeles and San Francisco). Please see our response below and in questions 3(vi), 3(viii), and 4(i) for additional <br />detail on our relevant experience. <br />ii. Governmental Staff and Experience <br />A description of the size of the firm's governmental staff and the firm's experience with governmental agencies of a similar size, nature, and scope. Emphasis should be <br />placed on assignments undertaken within the past three (3) years and on engagements undertaken by the personnel proposed to be assigned to this agreement. <br />Nationally, our Municipal Securities Group includes over 300 professionals focused on investment banking, sales & <br />trading, underwriting and support for our public sector clients. Stifel's three California -based underwriters coordinate a <br />2S0+ person national salesforce (including 200 taxable sales professionals) that provide access to over 6,000 institutional <br />municipal bond investors.
