Business Applications Taller San Jose <br />Hope Builders <br />No. 2,4a In partnership with Santa Ana College, Hope Builders’ Business Applications program will create economic <br />opportunity for 25 disadvantaged Santa Ana youth by providing them hard skills training in business <br />administration and life skills support to advance their education and find a job. <br />Plan Ahead Youth Program The Cambodian <br />Family <br />No. 2,2a <br />The Plan Ahead Youth Program will help 120 of Santa Ana's low-income youth and parents from immigrant <br />families thrive in the areas of academics, leadership and parenting skills so that they are able to be <br />engaged in more positive after school activities, stay off the streets, and avoid destructive or gang related <br />activity. <br />Next Generation: Emotional <br />Intelligence Through the <br />Arts <br />Women’s Journey <br />Foundation <br />No. 2,2a The Next Generation: Emotional Intelligence Through the Arts Program is designed to expose K-12 grade <br />participants to the development of emotional intelligence through the integration and direct engagement <br />with the performing arts. The program culminates with a final performance for their community. <br />YMCA Financial Assistance <br />Program <br />Young Men's <br />Christian <br />Association of <br />Orange County <br />No. 2,2a Financial Assistance will be provided to low income, very low, and extremely low-income participants <br />wishing to enroll in our Santa Ana Sports & Aquatics programs (soccer, swim, dodgeball, fitness programs) <br />and Santa Ana After School programs. <br /> <br /> <br />City Capital Improvements <br />Project Title Organization <br />Strategic <br />Plan Description <br />Street Improvements <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Public Works <br />Agency (PWA) <br />No. 5,4a <br /> <br />Street Improvements will be undertaken in CDBG eligible areas, including rehabilitation of residential streets, <br />ADA Curb Ramp improvements, sidewalk improvements, and active transportation safety improvements. <br /> <br />Sidewalk Improvements <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Public Works <br />Agency (PWA) <br />No. 5,4a <br />Sidewalk Improvements will be undertaken in CDBG eligible areas includes removal and replacement of damaged <br />concrete sidewalks and may include repairs to adjacent area such as damaged curbs, gutters and driveways in <br />highly impacted residential communities. <br />Park Rehabilitation <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Public Works <br />Agency (PWA) <br />No. 5,4a Park rehabilitation improvements will be undertaken in CDBG eligible areas. <br />EXHIBIT 3
