Included below is a price quotation to add the following products: <br />Estimated Software Pricing <br />Existing Housing Pro 9.3 System In The Cloud <br />25 Users, 2 Mobile Inspection Users, Up to 3,260 Units <br />Modules Include: Waiting List, Occupancy, iFile, iDIA, Inspections, <br /> HQS Mobile Inspections, Tenant's Accounts Recievable, Payments, <br /> Direct Deposit, 1099's and Payment History, FSS Pro, Report Writer, <br /> Custom Forms <br />Web Portals Include: WaitistCheck, Assistance Connect <br />Software Estimated Total $52,792.58 <br />This new three-year contract will apply across all your existing modules and users including: <br />•Waiting List <br />•Occupancy <br />•iFile <br />•FSS Pro <br />•iDIA <br />•Inspections <br />•HQS Mobile Inspections <br />•Payments <br />•1099’s and Payment History <br />•Tenants Accounts Receivable <br />(TAR’s) <br />•Direct Deposit <br />•Report Writer <br />•Configurable Forms <br />•WaitlistCheck <br />•Assistance Connect <br />Pricing is based on licensing metrics as follows: <br />•25 Users <br />•2 Mobile Inspections User <br />•3,260 Units <br />The software fees above reoccur annually.
