AIRCRS <br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />Date: March 15. 2021 <br />By and Between <br />Lessor: Rick D KaRasoff <br />Lessee: City of Santa Ana <br />Property Address: <br />(street address, city, state, zip) <br />Paragraph: 48. 51-55 <br />In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Addendum and the printed provisions of the Lease, this Addendum shall control. <br />48. The parties hereby do NOT waive their respective rights to trial by jury in any action or <br />proceedings involving the property or arising out of this Agreement. <br />I <br />51. Monthly Rent Schedule: <br />Months 01-12: $5,300 per month (commencing 5/1/21) <br />Months 13-24: $5,400 per month <br />Months 25-36: $5,500 per month <br />52. Option for One Year: <br />Lessor hereby grants, provided Lessee is not then in default under the Lease, an option to extend this <br />Lease for an additional one year from the original expiration date of April 30, 2024 for a period of one <br />year under the same terms, covenants and conditions contained in the original Lease and <br />Amendments thereto provided the following rent is paid to Lessor: <br />May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025: $5,600 per month <br />53. The following items belong to Lessor and have been left at premises to be used by Lessee (as <br />needed). The following items are to be returned to Lessor upon Lessee's exit: <br />i.Pallet Racking Inside Warehouse <br />54. Lessee to hire outside janitorial company to clean the warehouse monthly, at Lessee expense. <br />55.
