His field and office experience includes California #6755 <br />plane table, control (GPS and conventional), construction layout, <br />and topographic, ALTA, boundary, right-of-way, and map processing <br />projects. He has had extensive training and considerable experience in deformation surveys and <br />computer aided mapping and electronic gathering and transferring of GIS survey data. Camden has <br />extensive experience working on transit projects dating back to the mid-1980s working on the MTA's <br />Red Line, Blue Line and Gold Line Extensions. He has successfully managed hundreds of projects <br />during his tenure at CH&A by creating, establishing, and implementing systems which delivered a high - <br />quality product to CHA's clients' satisfaction. Camden has effectively worked with METRO, Caltrans, <br />large engineering firms, and numerous local public and private entities. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Westside Ext. JV, Westside Extension, Section 1, Los Angeles, CA — Project Manager for this <br />multi -million dollar project is currently constructing the subway nine -mile extension from Wilshire/ <br />Western westward, with seven new stations, under the heavily populated areas of West Los Angeles. <br />CHA is providing on -call construction management support surveys. Mr. Cabrinha's extensive <br />experience in tunnel -related transit systems was essential in delivering high -quality surveying <br />services. Under his management, the firm's crews perform horizontal and vertical project control <br />verification and densification surveys, and exploratory shaft site monitoring. In addition, the firm <br />also provides advanced utility relocation as -built surveys and mapping, advanced utility relocation <br />layout and construction staking, utility plan verifications, monument preservation and restoration, and <br />topographic design/as-built mapping. <br />Geocomp, Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor, Los Angeles, CA — Project Manager for this light Rail <br />at Grade, Cut and Cover and Tunneling project. Survey support for Geotechnical monitoring. Mr. <br />Cabrinha successfully established a survey work plan to deliver the firm's contractual responsibilities <br />which included establishing survey controls for structure monitoring in areas of excavations and <br />tunneling; setting building, surface and excavation monitoring points prior to construction; daily <br />monitoring for deformation; preparation of daily survey monitor reports; deformation monitoring <br />during jet grouting operations. <br />On -Call Survey Contract, Santa Monica, CA — Project Manager for this multi -year, ongoing <br />contract for miscellaneous as -needed surveys. Camden creates a strategy for delivery of contractual <br />obligations, and personally reviews all work performed to ensure deliverables meets all City <br />guidelines and the firm's quality standards.
