The fundamentals of ACCO's safety program are training, safety <br />awareness, comprehensive incident investigations and safety reviews. Regular <br />newsletters are distributed to the crews to make them aware of new corporate initiatives <br />and safety -related events in the company. Through this commitment to safety, ACCO <br />has established among the lowest EMR and RIR rates in the industry. When dictated by <br />our union agreements or a project specific requirement is in place, ACCO <br />employs drug and alcohol screenings. Supervisors and foremen are provided <br />additional training to ensure we are compliant with the pertinent regulations and <br />ACCO's policies and procedures.
