CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY <br />Part 6 <br />Guarantees <br />General Rules <br />1. The charges in this Part are applicable to Guarantees with stipulated <br />liabilities covering a particular estate, interest or service. Where multiple <br />guarantees are issued, refer to General Rules, Section L. <br />2. The Commercial short Term Rate is not applicable to Guarantees. <br />3. All of the guarantees/Plant Services number 601-624, inclusive, will have <br />a stated liability of $1,000, unless otherwise stated in the appropriate <br />section, <br />4. If insurance is desired in excess of the stated liability as set forth herein, <br />the charge for such increased liability shall be 15% of the insurance Rate <br />Table C, (unless stated otherwise in any section) for the amount of <br />insurance desired with no credit given for any "work charge" set forth in <br />any numbered paragraph. <br />601 LITIGATION GUARANTEES - CLTA GUARANTEE FORM NO. 1 <br />100% of Insurance Rate Table R, or C, based upon the value of the particular <br />estate or interest involved. Minimum $500.00 <br />NOTE: If issued for the Judicial Foreclosure of a deed of trust for which a <br />TSG has been or will be concurrently issued the charge is $75.00. <br />601A LITIGATION GUARANTEES - CONTINUATION GUARANTEE <br />Each continuation guarantee issued within a period of twenty-four (24) months of <br />the original guarantee to cover the filing of a lis pendens: $100.00. <br />NOTE: The provisions and charges under Section 504 and 504A are not <br />applicable to Trustee's Sale or foreclosure Guarantees covering <br />deeds of trust or mortgages. <br />602 PROCEEDING GUARANTEES (CERTIFICATE OF REGULARITY) <br />Priced under Section 621. <br />603 CHAIN OF TITLE GUARANTEE - CLTA GUARANTEE FORM NO. 6 <br />A guaranteed chain of title is issued only for specific purposes and limited period <br />of time. <br />67 <br />State of Califomia <br />Effective: August 22, 2018 <br />
