<br />Response to Concerns from <br />Tenants United <br />“Increase visibility and responsiveness of the city's help line for <br />tenant support. Currently the phone number to call for help from <br />the city is difficult to find on the website.” <br />• Staff will be expanding our contracts with two more non-profit <br />organizations to be more responsive to calls and e-mails.
