Box 1988 <br />Santa Ana, California 92702 <br />714-647-5468 <br />www.santa-ana.org <br />INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AS -NEEDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />RFP 20-124 <br />ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />November 4, 2020 <br />Notice is hereby given that where applicable; the City of Santa Ana Information Technology Department <br />has made certain modifications, additions, and/or deletions, in the specifications to RFP 20-124, or <br />reference is made in this Addendum No. 1. <br />REVISED SECTION III.A.9., GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Bidder shall disregard the language found in this section and replace with the following: <br />"In order to maintain compatibility and security concerns, the City will provide IT Service Provider's staff <br />with a computer to use for City work. IT Service Provider is responsible providing their personnel with all <br />other equipment and office supplies necessary for their staff to perform their duties, including a cell phone. <br />Any equipment assigned to IT Service Provider staff will need to be returned at the end of the staff member's <br />assignment." <br />ALL OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND SPECIFICATIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. <br />END OF ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />
