4.1.8 Technology Specialties [RFP VI.F.4.viii] <br />We are fully capable and prepared to deliver resources to fill all positions listed in RFP <br />III.C, Description of Technology Positions to be Provided, as demonstrated in 3.1.5, Recent <br />Significant Engagements [RFP VI.F.3. v] and 4.1.9, Ability to Provide As -Needed Contract Service <br />Personnel or Consulting Services in the Various Technology Fields/Specialties [RFP VI.F.4. ix]. The <br />list of sample technology -related positions for which the City may seek contract service <br />personnel was thoroughly reviewed. Our recruiting department performed searches for <br />qualified candidates in the Southern California market and determined we will be able to <br />locate, attract and place resources with the City as needed. <br />4.1.9 Ability to Provide As -Needed Contract Service Personnel or Consulting <br />Services in the Various Technology Fields/Specialties [RFP VI.F.4.ix] <br />Characteristics that distinguish Intratek's approach and capabilities are discussed <br />throughout the proposal, and include our Focus on IT (discussed in 4.1.4), Personnel <br />Guarantee (discussed in 4.1.5.1), Rapid Responses (discussed in 4.1.5.2), Quality Assurance <br />(discussed in 4.1.5.6), Technical Subject Matter Experts (discussed in 4.1.4), ISO -Aligned <br />Recruitment Approach (discussed in 4.1.4), and Plan for Managing the City's Requests for <br />Staffing (discussed in 4.1.5.3). <br />Intratek's ability and history of providing temporary contract service personal or consulting <br />services in the various technology fields/specialties identified in the SOW is stellar. We are <br />committed to being your valued business partner, which entails far more than sending <br />resumes and/or only responding to requisitions for easy to find candidates. Our methods <br />enable us to rapidly locate candidates when necessary, attract top candidates, pinpoint <br />candidates with unique skill sets, ensure candidates will fit well in the client's business <br />culture, as well as overcome other challenges. <br />The paragraphs below present previous accomplishments recruiting and placing staff in <br />various technology fields/specialties identified in the SOW. For each successful recruitment <br />cited we first provide a description of the position, then the minimum qualifications for the <br />position, and finally an explanation of how Intratek overcame any challenge and <br />accomplished the recruitment and placement. <br />4.1.9.1 Applications & Development Services <br />Successful Placement #1— Business Intelligence Consultant <br />Description: Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport requires a business intelligence <br />consultant to be responsible for making sure that Airport's strategic goals are optimized <br />through Enterprise Data and Analytics. Uses tools, protocols, and programming languages <br />to develop and maintain business intelligence applications and environments. <br />Responsibilities are to create, maintain and support Tableau, Enterprise Data Warehouses, <br />and ETL routines to support enterprise business intelligence projects; develop Tableau <br />reports, dashboards and mobile applications according to project requirements; plan <br />projects, monitor progress and report development and implementation status to <br />management using project management tools and reporting systems; assist with the creation <br />of documentation of functional requirements for business systems applications, including <br />the budget development, planning, and monitoring processes; analyze, develop, and <br />RFP No. 20-124 <br />Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 145 <br />
