SECTION 2 - AGREEMENT STATEMENT <br />Sierra concurs with and has no concerns with the provisions of the RFP's Exhibit A, Standard <br />Agreement, or the Scope of Services General Requirements section (III A). <br />Z,i General Requirements <br />In particular, we take note of your emphasis upon our responsibilities toward our personnel in <br />order to differentiate them from being perceived as City employees. This has always been the <br />case for us — driven by our experience that our sale customer base is local government agencies. <br />For example: <br />III A.I. Our Project Manager and Administrative Manager will work in conjunction with City IT <br />Management to provide oversight of our staff activities and tasks. We will manage all on - <br />boarding;, termination, and/or replacement activities. <br />III A.2. We will handle all personnel pay and benefits processing according to our own internal <br />practices. <br />III A.4.
