8.1 Evidence of Financial Capacity [RFP VI.F.81
Consistency, stability, and resilience are evident throughout our company and play a major
role in Intratek's financial capacity to fully perform the services described in the RFP.
Intratek has a sound financial standing and is well prepared to support the City's IT As -
Needed Professional Services contract. Specifically, we can support all associated expenses
over a ninety (90) day period.
A recent report from Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp, which will be provided to the
City for review upon request, demonstrates Intratek's financial condition is strong. Our
DandB Business Risk rating is LOW. The same report states:
Dun and Bradstreet Thinks...
O Overall assessment of this company: VERY STABLE CONDITION
O Based on the perceived sustainability of this company: STRONG LIKELIHOOD OF
CONTINUED OPERATIONS
O Based on the payment behavior of this company: VERY LOW POTENTIAL FOR
SEVERLY DELIQUENT PAYMENTS
Intratek is a financially stable company with the financial strength and stability to support
the City. To maintain financial stability and confidence in the operational efficiency of the
company, Intratek employs two important philosophies: risk management and
transparency.
Risk management is our first line of defense to maintain the financial stability of our
company. Our risk management approach is based on the philosophy that the single most
critical element in IT services is high -quality personnel with a firm commitment to Intratek
and our clients. We take extra care during the recruiting, screening, and hiring of personnel.
For our organization to remain financially stable, it is imperative we believe in and stand
behind our word and that our clients are confident in the services we provide.
Transparency is the key to solid company financial practices and governance. We place
great emphasis on the quality and integrity of our financial practices and employ high -
quality accounting standards and procedures in preparing our financial statements and
assuring their accuracy. We have an independent CPA firm review our financial
statements annually, which can be provided to the City upon request. Our accounting
system has been audited and certified by the Defense Contract Audit Agency and we
have a $1.5 million line of credit; our bank has provided written confirmation of such,
which can also be provided to the City for review.
RFP No. 20-124
Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services Page 179
