Provided support to the entire <br />300 employee Real Properties department concentrated on property acquisitions. Performed diverse <br />management duties in areas of human resources, data integrity, vendor utilization, finance, emergency <br />planning, and executive reporting. Devised and oversaw accounts payable, receivable and field checking <br />account processes and procedures. Implemented benchmarking of facility costs against parallel costs for <br />external companies. <br />Led team of 3 personnel and held oversight for various activities that included data integrity and finance. <br />Developed and supervised the year-end accounts payable accrual processes. Provided knowledgeable <br />support, training and counseling for the entire corporate real estate department responsible for the <br />maintenance of over 200 buildings as well as assisting a real estate based department concentrated on <br />acquisition of property.
