Agreements for As -Needed Information Technology Services <br />February 2, 2021 <br />Page 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $3,000,000 are budgeted and available in the current fiscal year <br />Contracted Vendor Personnel Services account (Various-62302) and will be budgeted in <br />future fiscal years based on the needs of Information Technology projects. Prior to <br />utilizing any of these on -call services, Finance staff must concur with Information <br />Technology staff to ensure there are funds available under the authorization and <br />aggregate limit of this agreement. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
