In fact, we <br />differentiate ourselves from our peers by making significant training investments in our people. <br />We mandate 40 hours of training per year for our staff. Training costs are reimbursed internally <br />and not by our clients. Training is our primary means to (1) re -culture current staff, (2) <br />institutionalize our successful project approach, (3) train staff how to leverage Team assets, and <br />( 4) gr ow our st a f f ' s knowl edge b a s e Our <br />proven success, is evident in the following: <br />• Tuition and training reimbursement is provided up to $3,400 per year per employee and <br />participation is encouraged in professional associations and conferences <br />• Conduct 3 "boot camps" per year wi t h 1 <br />to speed with Team/Project specific processes, ISO, and PMI best practices <br />• Leadership development program, available to project staff with high potential <br />• Organizational Training Plan (OTP) based on the project, organizational, and individual <br />training needs. <br />Example: We encourage employees to be certified in their field of expertise. If requested by the <br />Project Manager/Client for any specialized training or certification, Infojini Inc. would encourage <br />and facilitate the requested training or certification.
