<br />The undersigned consultant or corporate off cer, during the performance of this contract. cerufles as
<br />follows:
<br />t. The Consultant shall not dlsorlminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of
<br />race. Cofer, religion, sex. or nagonal origin. The Consultant shall take affirmative action to ensure that
<br />applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without, regard to their
<br />race, color, religion, sex, or national origin- -Such action shall include, but rat he limited tC, the
<br />following; ermploymerd, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising.

<br />collective bargaining agreement or other contract or understanding, a notioe to be provided advising
<br />the said labor union of wmrkers' representatives of the Consultant's cornmilments under this section,
<br />and shall post copies of the notice in conspicuous pkaces available to employees and applicants for
<br />em playrnent.
<br />4- The Consultant "all comply with all provisions of Executive Order 11246 of Sapternher 24, $965.
<br />and of the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor.
<br />5. The Consultant shall furnish all infoTmation and reports required by Executive Order 11246 of
<br />September 24, 1965- and by riles, regulations, and orders of the Secretary mf Labor, or pursuant
<br />thefetc, and vrill permit access to hislher books- records, and accounts by the administering agency
<br />and the Secretary a€ Labor for purposes of investigahcn, to ascertain compliance wrth such rules -
<br />regulations, and orders.
<br />6- In the event of the Consultant's non-oompl lance with the nondiserlmination clauses of this contract or
<br />-With any of the said rules, regulations, or orders, the contract may be canceled, terminaled- or
<br />suspended in whole or in part and the GonsuPtant may be decia red ineligible for further Gavernrnent
<br />contracts or federally assisted construction Contracts in accordance with procedures authorized in
<br />Execution Ordef 11246 of September 24, 1NS, and such othet s-anchuns may be imposed and
<br />remedies invoked as provided in Executive Order 11246 of September 2.4. 1965, or by rule,
<br />regulations, or order of the Secretary of Labor, or as otherwise {provided by law.
