SECTION S - EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL CAPABILITY <br />Sierra's financial position is exceptionally strong for a small business. We are managed very <br />conservatively and our financial statements show that we possess the financial resources to provide <br />your required services for NFell in excess of your required 90 days. <br />S.i Sierra Cybernetics Financial Responsibility (Capacity) <br />We have available our financial information as unaudited, internally prepared financial statements <br />covering our three most recent fiscal years, Sierra is a privately -held company and we generally do <br />not make our financial information public. We mark the financial information as "company <br />sensitive" and ask that this information be utilized only within the client for evaluation of our <br />capability to perform under the requested effort. <br />Neither Sierra nor its sole owner, Mr. LaPlante, has ever filed for or has been involuntarily put into <br />bankruptcy, or has been declared bankrupt. Our financial status is strong with very little outside <br />debt and an ample line of credit from Wells Fargo Bank in the amount of $100,000. We know of no <br />financial conditions that may impede our ability to complete the project, Our federal government <br />contracts are regularly audited by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), always with <br />positive results.
