(9) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />xi. Description of Proposer's methods used to screen candidates and to match their <br />qualifications against the requirements of a City job assignment <br />xii. Description of Proposer's methods used to assess and confirm candidate's <br />technology skills/knowledge, experience, work habits, interpersonal skills, etc. <br />xiii. Description of Proposer's methods used to establish candidate availability with <br />respect to the project schedule of the City assignment <br />Av. Description of proposer's process for conducting staff evaluations <br />xv. Explanation of any training opportunities made available by the Proposer for <br />technology personnel engaged with the City <br />xvi. Explanation of any effort the Proposer takes to ensure that the technology <br />knowledge and skills of its staff engaged with the City are maintained and <br />refreshed during long term engagements with the City <br />xvii. Description of any programs and benefits provided by the Proposer to its personnel <br />engaged with the City that ensure their retention for the period required by the City <br />xviii. Confirmation that there are no penalties to either the City or IT Service Provider <br />personnel placed with the City if that individual was to become a City employee. If <br />there is a minimum amount of contract time that would need to occur, specify that <br />amount of time (e.g, After six months of placement, IT Service Provider personnel <br />may be hired without any penalties, etc.). <br />5. Cost Proposal <br />Complete these tables for each of the Technology Specialties listed in Section III.C, <br />Table 1. For example, you may provide a System Analyst or a Network Engineer. <br />Estimated Rates <br />These rates are just estimates based on current engagements that you have. Actual <br />rates will be quoted at the time of order placement per the process described in <br />Exhibit A, Section 5.
