TO WARNER AVE. <br />All Plans and Specifications are available on PlanetBids. <br />For further information on how to register as a vendor refer to: <br />https://www.san t''al !: 11, !finance/ urchasin-division/vendor-re istration <br />Do not call Purchasing Division regarding Public Works Agency projects. <br />Scope of Work: excavation, grading, removal & replacement of asphalt concrete pavement and <br />Portland cement concrete, construction of sewer main, storm water quality devices, traffic signal, <br />monument signs, landscaping, irrigation, and signing & striping. <br />Contractor's License Requirements: From the time of City Council contract award until work <br />completion, the Contractor shall possess a valid California Class "A" Contractor's license. All <br />sub -contractors shall be properly licensed for their respective trades. <br />Public Works Construction Permit: The Contractor will be required to obtain a Public Works <br />Construction Permit. The required initial deposit for this permit shall be $15,000 (refer to Section <br />7-5a of these specifications). <br />viii <br />
