<br />Mark M. Butier, Jr.
<br />Project Director
<br />Throughout Mark Butier's 32-year career, he
<br />has focused on providing professional project
<br />management, construction management, and
<br />claims mitigation services on major street
<br />improvements, water / wastewater treatment,
<br />storage, and transmission pipeline projects. As
<br />the Project Director, Mark will be responsible for
<br />ensuring that all necessary resources are
<br />available to meet the requirements of the South
<br />Main Corridor Improvements Project and
<br />expectations of the City. He will meet with City
<br />representatives at key project milestones, as
<br />appropriate. Mark is currently working closely
<br />with City staff on the San Lorenzo Sewer Lift
<br />Station Project.
<br />Joseph Blum
<br />Principal -In -Charge
<br />Mr. Joseph Blum has over 35 years of
<br />experience managing the construction of heavy
<br />civil engineering projects. Projects include city
<br />and county road construction, highways,
<br />bridges, paving, drainage, pipelines, reservoirs,
<br />and wet and dry utilities. In addition, Mr. Blum
<br />has managed extensive community outreach
<br />efforts from the entitlement phase through post -
<br />construction phase for projects located in the
<br />counties of Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside,
<br />and Los Angeles. He has coordinated with
<br />community/neighborhood leaders and
<br />organized neighborhood meetings to gather
<br />concerns to convey to owner/public agency for
<br />possible implementation.
<br />Omar M. Dandashi, P.E.
<br />Project Manager
<br />Mr. Omar Dandashi has over 25 years of
<br />experience designing, managing, and
<br />estimating civil infrastructure projects, including
<br />city and county road construction, highways,
<br />bridges, paving, drainage, large and small
<br />diameter pipelines, and wet and dry utilities. He
<br />is the Senior Vice President of Blue
<br />Mountain Development. Mr. Dandashi has
<br />been responsible for multiple aspects of
<br />program management, construction
<br />administration, government agency negotiation,
<br />political and public relations, public utility
<br />relationship building, community outreach and
<br />communications, project finance and budget
<br />management, as well as extensive partnership -
<br />focused relations.
<br />Vladimir Burce, P.E.
<br />Technical Advisor
<br />With a 25-year industry tenure, Vladimir
<br />routinely takes the lead in managing,
<br />consulting, estimating, and scheduling large
<br />multi -million dollar heavy civil infrastructure
<br />projects, including street improvements,
<br />pipelines, pump stations, wells, and
<br />water/wastewater treatment facilities. He is
<br />currently performing as the Project Manager for
<br />the City's San Lorenzo Sewer Lift Station
<br />Project. In addition, Vladimir developed
<br />professional relationships with the County of
<br />Orange and Santa Ana Unified School District
<br />as a Project Manager for the OCWD's Mid -
<br />Basin Injection — Centennial Park Project.
<br />Michael Jack
<br />Lead Inspector
<br />Michael came to Butier after more than three
<br />decades with Irvine Ranch Water District. As a
<br />Lead Inspector for Butier, Michael is
<br />responsible for utility/agency coordination, daily
<br />inspection reports, submittals, RFI and field
<br />memo responses, interpretation of drawings,
<br />and general correspondence with the design
<br />engineer. Michael has provided field inspection
<br />services for the City of Tustin's Moffett Drive
<br />Extension Bridge and Roadway and Peters
<br />Canyon Channel Improvements Projects.
<br />Ryan Weir
<br />Contract Administrator
<br />Ryan has comprehensive experience in
<br />providing document control, field engineering
<br />and general project assistance. He is
<br />responsible for directly assisting Butier's
<br />project managers and field inspectors with
<br />establishing project information and document
<br />control systems; report generation; preparation
<br />of project management and communications
<br />manuals; preparation of meeting minutes; and
<br />client communications. He has performed as a
<br />Document Control Specialist and Field
<br />Engineer for numerous roadway extension,
<br />street improvement, and grading projects
<br />located within the Tustin Legacy development.
