Blum <br />Principal -in -Charge <br />Project Manager, Moffett Drive Bridge Construction and Street <br />Improvements Project; City of Tustin, Public Works (Completion: 2019; <br />Value: $5.75 million)—Butier provided construction management and field <br />inspection services for the Moffett Drive Bridge Construction and Street <br />Improvements Project. The bridge, which spans across Peters Canyon <br />Channel, connects Moffett Drive from Irvine to Tustin, increasing access and <br />street connectivity within the Tustin Legacy development. The scope of work <br />included the construction of a single span cast -in -place concrete box girder <br />bridge approximately 108' long x 73.25' wide. Additional scope items included <br />the following: installation of an architectural steel arch on each side of the <br />bridge; bridge lighting; grading; roadway construction; street and landscape <br />improvements; utility construction; domestic and recycled water; dry utilities; <br />aesthetic treatments; construction of barriers, sidewalks, wing -walls, <br />foundation, and railings; structure excavation; backfill; and drainage. <br />Project Manager, Moffett Drive and Legacy Road Extension, TUSD <br />School Site and City Property Grading; City of Tustin, Public Works <br />(Completion: 2018)—The project site is located in the Tustin Legacy <br />development at the Moffett Drive roadway extension from future Legacy Road <br />to Tustin Ranch Road; Legacy Road roadway extension from Valencia <br />Avenue to future Moffett Drive; TUSD School site at the SW corner of <br />Valencia Avenue and Tustin Ranch Road; and City Property adjacent to <br />TUSD School site and Tustin Ranch Road. The project included performing <br />soils removal and recompaction, excavation, stabilization, and placement of <br />fill within the project site. Grading work included the finishing of undercuts of <br />streets and parkway grading, erosion and sediment control, installations of <br />basins, storm drain, and drainage structures, construction of channels and <br />swales and protection -in -place and/or demolition of IRWD facilities. <br />Project Manager, Moffett Drive and Park Avenue Roadway Extension, <br />City of Tustin, Public Works (Completion 2016; Value $14.5 million) — <br />The roadway extension is located within the Tustin Legacy development. The <br />scope of work included removal and compaction of approximately 250,000 <br />CY of soil; 275,000 SF of subgrade preparation and street fine grading; 4,000 <br />LF of reinforced concrete box storm drain; and construction of street <br />improvements, paving, utility installation, signing, traffic installation, <br />landscaping, and irrigation. Approximately 15,000 CY of concrete were used <br />to construct the reinforced concrete box storm drain, which includes lateral <br />storm drains with catch basins. Major dewatering efforts and shoring under <br />the Jamboree Bridge at Moffett Drive presented significant challenges that <br />Butier coordinated with success. Mr. Blum coordinated with Irvine Ranch <br />Water District for installation of reclaimed and domestic waterlines; County of <br />Orange; and Department of the Navy to submit the required PERF <br />documentation. <br />Project Manager, Armstrong Avenue & Warner Avenue Extension Phase <br />2 Street Improvements, City of Tustin, Public Works (Completion 2015; <br />Value $13.2 million) —Mr. Blum provided project management services for <br />
