Fallon has conduct- <br />ed thousands of FOG inspections at food service facilities, and is intimately familiar with the <br />wide variety of grease interceptor designs available. As a Staff Engineer with EEC, Fallon also <br />assists with grease interceptor installation designs, plan review and plan approval, and unique <br />installation design issues. <br />Fallon also has extensive exierence with computer aided design (CAD) engineering Her ex- <br />perience in CAD software has been showcased and featured on various platforms ranging <br />from the installation of grease interceptors to designing isometric configurations for important commercial, private, and public <br />pipe systems. Her well respected experience has given her opportunities to teach proper usage of CAD software to college <br />and high school students. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />FOG Inspector, FOG Inspection Programs for Multiple Cities and Sewer Agencies I Statewide, CA <br />• Completed thousands of FSE inspections in support of agencies's FOG control programs <br />• Developed FOG control educational materials <br />• Assisted with FOG control program design, implementation, and improvements <br />Grease Interceptor Design for Multiple Food Service Facilities I Statewide, CA <br />• Reviewed FSE layout and designs to determine proper grease interceptor installations <br />• Developed plans for submittal and approval from regulatory agencies <br />• Installation oversight <br />• Performance monitoring and long-term management <br />Compliance Inspector, NPDES Inspections and MS4 Program Management, City of Huntington Beach <br />Orange County, CA <br />• Performed hundreds of NPDES inspections for the City of Huntington Beach. <br />• Currently manages the monthly NPDES inspection program and trains inspectors on the proper inspection procedures. <br />SSO Response Support for Various Municipalities I Statewide, CA <br />• Assists in the resposne and follow-up activties related to SSO events on behalf of agencies. During the SSO response„ <br />the responsible party, cause of the SSO, and follow-up actions are identified. Fallon then developes enforcement letters <br />and works with the responsible party to ensure future SSOs do not occur. <br />
