Completed the development of the first cost-effective and accurate program for <br />identifying, monitoring, auditing and correcting property tax misallocations. Instrumental in the <br />development and creation of the analytical and management report that have become the <br />standard in the industry of trending and forecasting revenue and property value changes. <br />Oversees the company's property tax management service and client interface. Over the past 28 <br />years the company has grown to serving 250 local agencies in 45 counties in California. <br />City of Lawndale: Assistant City Manager January 1981-March <br />1990 <br />■ Served as the Assistant City Manager responsible for the departments of Finance, Personnel, Risk <br />Management, Emergency Management, Animal Control and Parking Enforcement, and Cable <br />Television. Served as the staff to various commissions, committees and the city council for <br />projects and support. Responsible for both the program development and staff supervision of <br />departments and projects assigned. <br />City of Lawndale: Director of Parks and Recreation <br />July 1970 —January 1989 <br />■ Responsible for the staffing and programming of recreation facilities. Major responsibilities <br />included coordination of adult and youth sport leagues, senior citizen programming, pre- <br />school/tiny tot programming, planning of after school and vacation special events, and the <br />development of junior high school special events.
