Provide electronic reporting research database <br />application for City UUT client server or web -based portal a lication . The <br />application should allow authorized City staff to search query, filter sort and <br />export-UUT reporting and payment data in common data formats; e.g. <br />Access Excel etc. for staff presentation and analysis based on service <br />provider and utility type. <br />4. Specialty UUT Audits <br />Successful proposer will provide strategy, mechanism, and audit cost <br />formulas for comprehensive audits of principal electric and gas utility <br />providers together with large-scale utility service aggregators. Audits may <br />include corresponding franchise fees where advisable. <br />• Specialty audits shall be proposed as contractually severable <br />"contingency options" which the City in its sole discretion may elect. <br />Specialty audit terms must address the effect on costs of multiple <br />contracted local jurisdictions electing to participate in said audit(s) <br />concurrently or after the fact. <br />The specific terms of specialty audits, when not fully detailed in the <br />original agreement between the parties or under the terms of a <br />subsequent amendment to said agreement, will be set out through a <br />mutually agreed to change order process. <br />Successful proposer will provide contingency options for similar audits of <br />principal telecommunications providers. <br />5. Ancillary UUT Services <br />Provide quarterly information regarding federal and state legislative issues, <br />including an analysis of their potential impact on the City. <br />Comparisons to other local, county, and state jurisdictions as applicable. <br />Provide other ad hoc reports identifying other pertinent issues as mutually <br />agreed upon. <br />iv. Assist in development of UUT budget revenue forecast model. <br />iv.
