#7 Contingency Option — Comprehensive Annual Financial Reporting (CAFR) <br />Services <br />In the event that CITY shall within the TERM of the Agreement elect the <br />contingency option to engage CONSULTANT to provide CAFR Statistical Services, CITY <br />shall pay a flat -fee amount in accordance with the schedule of fees set forth below for <br />each reporting period for which CAFR Statistical Services are requested. <br />CAFR Statistical Services Include: <br />BASIC PACKAGE: $600 <br />• Assessed & Estimated Market Values <br />• Direct & Overlapping Property Tax Rates <br />• Property Tax Land Use Distribution <br />• Principal Property Tax Payers <br />• Principal Sales Tax Producers <br />ADDITIONAL REPORTS <br />• Principal Employers $1,100 <br />• Demographic & Economic Statistics $200 <br />• Direct & Overlapping Debt $600 <br />#8 Contingency Option — Additional Work <br />In the event that CITY shall within the TERM of the Agreement elect the <br />contingency option to engage CONSULTANT to provide additional work within the terms <br />of the Agreement, CITY shall pay the mutually agreed to amount(s) as set forth in any <br />duly executed Change Order(s) mutually agreed to by the parties in accordance with the <br />terms of the Agreement. <br />
