Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: Thee Sinseers LLC <br />EVENT: Chicano Heritage Festival <br />SERVICE DATE(S): August 27, 2023 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: Not to exceed $5,000 for the event. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Thee Sinseers, LLC will provide: <br />• Music entertainment at the City's Chicano Heritage event for an hour <br />• Performance schedule to be determined at a later time <br />Open Hours —Event will be held from 11:00am — 7:00 pm <br />The Vendor will be paid the amount of compensation, a total of $5,000, day of event prior to <br />artist performance. <br />
