Draft Plans A. A21 <br />Councilmembers were provided a packet with two <br />consultant created plans based on traditional <br />redistricting criteria, COI testimony and amendments <br />from the council. These maps were posted to the city's <br />website for the public prior to Draft Map hearing. <br />• Wards are letters, not numbers.
